Go Traffic Management announced as preferred Traffic Management Delivery Partner for High-Profile Scheme in Oldham

Due to the success of our ongoing delivery of expert traffic management for Rowan Ashworth as part of the first phase of Southlink Regeneration Scheme in Oldham, we have been appointed as preferred Traffic Management Delivery Partner for Phase 2.

Expected to begin in February 2023, traffic management will be in place for up to 18 months for this high-profile programme, enabling the upgrade of an existing junction, as well as essential bridge improvement works.

For both phases of this scheme, Go Traffic Management has provided an end-to-end design package to include:

  • High speed lane closures
  • High speed contraflow works
  • Low speed lane and roach closures
  • Impact Protection Vehicle
  • 24/7 site maintenance

The Southlink scheme is part of Oldham Council’s “Creating a Better Place” strategy, investing £285m into the town.
